Associate Membership is available for new entrants by completing a Membership Application Form and returning it to the Club with an application fee of £100.00  and an annual fee which this year is £120.00 which includes membership through the remainder of year if joining after 31st. October and also the following club year, i.e.  until  31st March 2021. Total £220.00 .which will be returned in full, should your application not be successful. It is always advisable that prospective new members visit the club and make themselves known to existing members as it is usually the case that a proposer and seconder will be required from among them. Members are usually around the site in the afternoons and weekends. Forms can be obtained by e.mailing us with a request and basic details and a form will be returned a.s.a.p. e.mail or by downloading from the link below.
Membership applications are reviewed by the club committee at a Committee Meeting which usually takes place on the last Wednesday of each month. Application forms must be presented to the club a minimum of two weeks before the last Wednesday for display on the Club notice board for perusal by Club Members.
At this time in 2020 we, like everyone else are governed in our activities by what regulations are imposed on us by Covid 19 regulations.  This has caused a reduction in the number of monthly Committee meetings held and the suspension of an AGM until regulations allow. Consequently all new Member Applications may take much longer to process.
